During the initial setting-up phase, Silk Road Restaurants will deploy a team of experienced operations personnel to assist in opening of the franchised outlets.

Continuous Research & Development:

Continuous R & D plays a vital role in the on-going competitiveness by creating new menu offerings and improving existing recipes.

On-Going Support:

On-going support is given through franchise support personnel who will provide assistance by disseminating information, and be available to advise on operations. Business reviews and audit exercises will be performed periodically with the franchisee on-site.

Advertising and Marketing:

Apart from the grand opening of the restaurant, Silk Road Restaurants will provide assistance with an established set of guidelines for advertising and implementation of marketing activities and promotions as well as to joint-marketing promotions by the franchisor to further showcase the Silk Road Restaurants cuisine and culture.
